Great, as a parent whose kid behaves himself I applaud this. They should also make prospective parents undergo skill tests before putting screaming kids on earth, restaurants, planes, trains, buses etc
I do not agree with this, you might as well have the sign say "no kids allowed".
"NO KIDS ALLOWED" would be far better than "SCREAMING KIDS ARE OKAY BY US!" signs in restaurant windows. I avoid like the plague those places where children are allowed to run free, unsupervised by parents who are RIGHT THERE ignoring them!
Those who resent the rest of the civilized world looking down on their obvious lack of parenting skills be damned.
