LOCAL hotelier Kevin Hendrickson has inked a deal with the Government to buy its near 60 per cent stake in Jamaica Pegasus hotel in Kingston for US$11 million ($947.6 million).The deal will more than double Hendrickson's rooms under management in Kingston and St Andrew and give him control of 40 per cent of the capacity in the Corporate Area.
