Here is an interesting situation. The lease for the space that Tavern on the Green occupies in Central Park is over. Bidders were lining up, however it appears that a lot a dropping out. If the current owners do not win the bidding contest could the restaurant survive in another location? Tavern on the Green is a brand, but can it handle a change in venue.
